This 25 year old home received a complete yard renovation including new shotcrete pool and spa with laminar waterfalls, custom pool house, new mature tree plantings in raised beds to create a privacy backdrop, raised planting beds, commercial lighting and watering system The project took one year to complete.

Lakeshore Residence

Special construction techniques were used to shore up the ground around this beautiful lakeshore cottage. Raised 3+ feet with over 500 yards of fill and 10 loads of boulders, this custom landscape features authentic flagstone patios and walkways, timber framed beds, decorative coloured concrete with sand broadcast, custom design and build sauna, wood decks and pro sand volleyball court. You can follow the sun through the day as it rises with morning coffee on the front deck all around till it sets in the evening. With a 270 degree view of the lake, there are plenty of areas to stop and enjoy life.

Winnipeg, North Kildonen: Basement Renovation Transformation that Utilized Multiple Products (acid stain, timber frame, carved concrete, carpentry)

Basement renovation featuring complete design and install of: acid stained floors with epoxy top coat, custom timber frame shelving and details, wall paneling, carved brick wall features, Venetian plaster.

This basement adds tons of room for organized storage- and- living space!!

ICF outdoor living space: stamped concrete, carved concrete, acid stain, outdoor kitchen

The summer of 2018 I spent working with Solomon Colors designing and building this beautiful addition to Solomon’s training facility in Springfield Illinois

The idea was to create a multifunctional area that could be used as a gathering place after training sessions were done for the day. This is the result:

Fox Blocks ICF’s were used to allow for speed, ability to easily create elevation changes within the project

Panoramic view of the entire space- over 1600 square feet over 2 levels including: farm fire table, seated bar and grilling area, lower fire table with waterfall/custom rock work. This space easily entertained 50-80 people without crowding
Foam core concrete closed system waterfall
ICF retaining wall with 5″ stamped monolithic cap and vertical stone veneer
Custom landscaping complete with low and mid level shrubs and shade trees
Incredible shade sail to provide relief for those hot muggy days in Illinois
