Hay Road residence features a 24×24 pool house with 34 foot modular cast decorative concrete fireplace, stamped concrete multi level patio, ICF privacy wall featuring carved concrete finish throughout the project. Huge Douglas Fir timber framing was used for the pergola and veranda roof, along with custom carpentry within the pool house, veranda railing and fence. The fireplace displays a double 4’ wide steel double doors that are arched the doors are located both onthe outside and inside of the building.
A decorative concrete front step system, sidewalk and landscaping renovation was designed and built in 2021 to match the back yard development.
